Masaya Casas Viejas

Me encantó la atención de todo el staff, todos fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza y muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y la comida fue muy buena durante toda la estadía. Pero por sobre todo, quiero agradecer especialmente la gestión del gerente cuando se enteró de mi accidente. En un momento difícil para mí, me sentí muy apoyada estando en un país que no es el mío. Él gestionó de manera rápida y eficiente mi traslado a la clínica por parte del hotel, lo que hizo una gran diferencia en una situación compleja. Sin duda, fue una experiencia donde me sentí bien cuidada y acompañada. Lo recomiendo totalmente

No es algo que tenga que ver con el alojamiento en sí, pero queda bastante alejado del centro.

The pool is really nice and the views sunsets are incredible. The staff are really nice and helpful!

The pool was closed for most of my stay and it was too remote to really do anything else there. Food was a bit expensive but the views are worth it.

Awesome Hotel in the middle of the Jungle. Awesome poolarea and Bar. Very friendly stuff. Loved the free Salsa class. Food was completly fine.

It is a 30 min Crazy bike Ride from the village of Minca and Isolated from other Restaurants and Shops, but 100% worth it!
