"Excellent value for money"

Great location with a $4 bus ride into mid manhatten. Shared bathroom on each of the three levels which were always clean. There was a garage down the road which had a store to buy drinks and snacks.

I wasn't too sure of the neighbourhood when I arrived, but it was safe and friendly people around who were happy to chat.
