Cozy room. Nice location. Friendly staff.

Comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. It is located in the city center so there can be some noise from the street. Just having earplugs was enough to sleep comfortably. One small inconvenience was that there were no drinking glasses provided in the room.

The check-in process should be improved ☹️. We completed the online check-in and paid the tourist tax in advance as requested by the host. We also informed the host of our arrival time in advance, and it was within the check-in hours, but WE DID NOT RECEIVE COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS on how to access the property. So we had to wait outside the building for almost 20 minutes. We tried contacting the host via WhatsApp. Our messages WERE READ BUT NO ONE REPLIED (?!?). Since WhatsApp calls were not allowed, we eventually had to ask a local passerby to help call the host for us. Only after that did we receive the missing access instructions via WhatsApp. I think the host should improve the help/support line for guests during check-in.

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests. The location was excellent, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return in the future.

El lugar céntrico, cerca de todo. Muy cómodo para abrir todas las puertas con el comando que envían al teléfono, no hacen falta llaves ni tarjetas

Location is at the center, close to old town.

1. It has bad smells in the room. Maybe all the blankets/pillows/mattress should be replaced with new ones. Could be residuals of smokes from the past many generations. 2. Internet connection as guest is very bery weak, hence intermittent connections. On and off. 3. It is very noisy since it is next to a major street with all kinds car alarms, motorcycles, trash pickup trucks and city buses making loud noises.

El apartamento esta en en el 1 piso. Hay asensor pero antes hay que subir casi 5 escalones( sin baranda). El apartamento se encuentra sobre la avenida corso vittorio emanuele . A 1 cuadra de donde empieza el casco historico. De noche hay movimiento y esta iluminado. El apartamento habitacion 1 es triple, la cama doble es amplia y cómoda. La cama simple es un sillón que es bajo, es cómodo, pero no tenía la colocación de sabana ni funda de protección el sillón. El apartamento estaba impecable , muy limpio, habían toallas para todos. Tiene balcón a la calle , aire acondicionado. La duche tiene un escalon que puede ser desafiante para movilidad reducida. La habitación 2 tiene balcón y ducha( un escalon complicado para personas con movilidad reducida).

El apartamento recibe ruido del exterior, asi mismo el sistema de cañerías hace ruido por lo que puede ser molesto para algunas personas Sistema DIGITAL DE INGRESO Llegamos a medianoche y no pudimos acceder con el codigo, una persona que ya estaba alojada nos recibió y pudimos con suerte ingresar. El teléfono no nos respondieron ( escuchar los pasos de las opciones opciones 1 en italiano y luego la opción 3 para urgencias). Pudimos dormir y al otro día nos dieron la llave. La cajita de las llaves con código tb tiene otro sistema que no es muy fácil para abrir. Mi consejo es tener solamente caja para el acceso a la llave..mas que nada por el que llega a medianoche...durante el día el personal puede resolver...ya que pareciera que suele fallar el código, es lo unico malo del lugar. El resto , el lugar es seguro , muy limpio, cómodo, ubicación perfecta porque llega el uber , estas a un paso del comienzo del casco historico y de la parte moderna, hay asensor ( pero tener en cuenta los escalones) esta muy bien iluminado y tiene buen gusto, hay varios enchufes y tiene heladera. Si modifican el sistema de ingreso y ponen mas almohadas van a mejorar muchisimo. Porque el resto es perfecto!
