Great location and very helpful staff

Water boiler was very loud in one room

The A/C worked very well The room was clean

Large water pump behind the toilet made a lot of noise. Construction half done. Walls dented. Right over a very busy and noisy street. Check in was completely by link. No keys. The title has “Hotel” in it so made me think I was booking a hotel. Not happy that it was a worn out bed and bath in a busy building.

La posizione è eccezionale, molto comoda la stanza, bagno pulito ed impeccabile, è stato facile trovare parcheggio vicino.

L'unico neo è stato il wifi, segnale molto basso e intermittente, abbiamo dovuto usare l’hot spot del cellulare.

The series of emails and links to check-in were a little difficult to navigate but the staff was very helpful when I called after-hours.

The location is very good. The staff at the bag drop off very good.

You are sent a code to your phone ( you need a smart phone) to use on the three doors, outside, lobby and room door. Often this does not work but with perseverance and reloading the codes it does. The bedroom door had been forced several times and entry without a code maybe easy for a thief. I did not feel it was safe. The property was advertised with a kettle and coffee machine, alas it was missing. A very basic good room.

No había pava eléctrica, al pedirla nos dijeron que no tenían y que habían pedido a Booking que la sacara de los servicios y no lo hacían. El tema está en que, las perjudicadas fuimos nosotras que no tuvimos agua caliente ya que el inconveniente es la entre los anfitriones y Booking.
