Paid extra but there was no upgrade Cockroaches were found in the room Other guest entered in my at midnight. Reception allocated my room another guest when I am occupied that room No safety

Would stay in Room 303 again. Very convenient to the metro station. Staff is friendly. Advise: Once a guest is checked in, Please eliminate the unnecessary security baggage check in when a guest returns from shopping, this was annoying
