Staff is very friendly, cooperative and helpful starting from the hotel manager Mr. Maged, reception, housekeeping and all people in the facilities. Rooms are clean and nice. Pool is perfect. Fast and easy check in / check out. See view from terrace is nice.

No private beach like most of hotels in Port-Said

أعجبني أخلاق المدير العام السيد ماجد وحسن معاملته ومقدرته على احتواء الموقف وحل المشكله.

والموظفين معاملتهم سيئة للغايه وكذلك البوابه الرئيسيه للفندق انتظرنا نص ساعة حتى يسمح لنا بالدخول واستجوابات واسئله لا داعي لها اطلاقاً
