Palma Hotel

كانت إقامتي في فندق Palma لمدة أربعة أيام تجربة مميزة للغاية. من لحظة وصولي كانت إجراءات التسجيل سهلة وسريعة ولم تستغرق أكثر من دقيقة، واستقبلني الأستاذ شريف مدير الفندق والأستاذ أحمد من قسم الاستقبال بابتسامة وترحيب يعكسان احترافية عالية. جميع أفراد الطاقم كانوا في غاية الاحترام والمهنية، والابتسامة لا تفارقهم. الخدمة ممتازة، والإطلالة رائعة ومريحة للأعصاب، والهدوء بالمكان أضاف متعة إضافية لإقامتي. كما أنني عندما طلبت سرير أطفال إضافي، تمت ترقية حجزي إلى جناح بغرفتين بنفس التكلفة، وهذه لفتة تقدّر وتشكر للفندق. باختصار، تجربة استثنائية، شكراً لكل العاملين على حسن الضيافة. أنصح وبشدة بهذا الفندق، وبإذن الله لن تكون آخر زيارة. ======================================== My stay at Palma Hotel was excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and I received a warm welcome from Mr. Sherif, the Hotel Manager, and Mr. Ahmed at the reception. The service was great, and the entire staff was professional, respectful, and always smiling. The view was amazing, and the place was peaceful and comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom suite after requesting an extra baby bed. A wonderful experience — I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great — -the hotel exceeded my expectations. -The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Mageed, the Manager; he is a very decent person. -The breakfast had good variety and the quality was excellent.

Nothing, Just for your information, ordering food from outside the hotel is not allowed. However, this is not a major issue as there are many restaurants within walking distance.
