It had nice old world charm to it.

The paint in the rooms was bland. If they added color to the walls it would be a vibe.

Nothing at all, this was the worse stay of my life. Security breach was life threatening.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was not just a terrible hotel stay – it was a nightmare. During our stay, our personal information was leaked to a criminal organization, which held us captive in our room and extorted us. This is a massive breach of customer privacy and a serious safety threat. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this hotel is. Lack of Security & Complicity – It’s clear that the hotel has no regard for guest safety. Whether through negligence or worse, they allowed this to happen. Unprofessional & Irresponsible Staff – When we tried to get help, the staff did nothing to assist or protect us. Horrific Experience – Being trapped in a room, fearing for our lives, is something no traveler should ever experience. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Staying here is not just unpleasant—it’s life-threatening. Authorities should investigate this place immediately. Do not risk your safety!

Perfect location - close to all the historical sites; Staff was very helpful and kind

We love the location, the cafe right in the beautiful garden. We also love the internal patio connecting our rooms through the old house.

Our rooms had a connecting internal patio but were not told until the following day of our stay. Mosquitos were a problem at night, I wished we would have also been advised to be careful with windows and doors because there are no screens.

The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife.

The breakfast, which was not included, was horrible...tastless eggs served cold, microwaved white bread, no butter or jam, bitter, bitter coffee. Unacceptable.

In the bedroom the curtain rod had fallen off and outside there was a light making the bedroom too bright. The staff taped a black plastic bag over the window, very ugly. The bathroom facet was loose, you could not touch it or it would fall over. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom were peeling and were disgusting. No hooks to hang clothes, robe, or towels to dry. Very, very run down for the price.

Easy check in, friendly staff, nice clean room, convenient location in the Colonial Americana neighbourhood. Recommend to stay here.
