The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel location was convenient and easy to access.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all – the sofa had visible cigarette burn marks and stains, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The bathroom design was also very poor. There was no proper shower door, so every time we used the shower, water flooded the entire bathroom floor and even reached the toilet area. This made the bathroom messy and unsafe. The bed was uncomfortable, and most of the furniture and facilities looked very old and worn out, as if they had not been updated for a long time. Breakfast was also extremely poor in quality and variety – definitely below expectations. I contacted Booking.com about these issues, but unfortunately no effective action was taken. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
