Sentral, very nice hotel, close to abselutly everything, nice people working there. And most of all the apartment had all you needed! Best stay i have had in a long time!
the water from shower spreaded to the bathroom and living room it was terrible. never again in this spot. not recomended

En rigtig positiv oplevelse - lige fra indtjekning og til at vi fik en virkelig dejlig lille lejlighed, som var fin ren og hyggelig, som lå centralt i den gamle bydel i Gdansk. Vi havde bestilt med morgenmad - som sådan set var udemærket, vi måtte vælge en ret fra morgenmadsmenuen hver morgen - plus kaffe og juice - da savnede vi lidt en morgenmadsbuffet. Spa området var lækkert, bortset fra omklædning/bruser - det var dårligt indrettet, men det gik.
Our apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. However, it is meant for at least 4 people, yet had fewer dinner plates than that and only 2 patio chairs! We would have liked to use the pool more, but the only access is a long walk outside, then through the hotel, and we were allowed only 1 hour free use per day - I don't know the cost to use it longer than that. When you account for the time to shower and change clothes, that's not much time per day to use it. Also, the hot tub was not hot. Pool was nice but had so many people in it, we could not swim. It was disappointing to have to pay for extra towels and coffee and tea for our 5-night stay.
It was so horrible I checked out after one night and I had a week booked. The pool is the neighbors pool. You have to cross a public street or a public parking basement in bathing suits. It was disgustingly dirty, no air conditioning even though it was a requirement in my search on Hotels.com. So was the pool and that the neighbor has a pool is not relevant at all. I tried to respectfully to find compromises with the hotel and hotels.com. None were met and I’ll now fight them through lawyers and my bank. It was unacceptable, and I’ll never use Grano or hotels.coms services again. I’ve been a silvermember customer of Hotels.com for over 10 years, without problems, but that ends now. The trust has been broken. I have pictures and video of the dirty hotel and the route to the pool, but I’m not allowed to upload.
Super lejlighed, centralt beliggende
Vi savnet veldig AC på rommet, ble alvorlig varmt der på dagen og natta. Men elsker beliggenheten og leilighetene
Super god placering. Fin lejlighed. Alt virkede. God parkeringskælder. Et ankepunkt er dog, at selvom hunde er tilladt, blev vi ved ankomst bedt om at underskrive en del vedr. hunden. Bl.a. at det ikke var en uønsket race. Det havde virkeligt været et problem, hvis man først dér får at vide, at ens hund ikke må være på hotellet. Sæt det venligt på listen over faciliteter/forbehold. Ellers kun småting som intet viskestykke og kun skarpt loftlys. En enkelt afdæmpet bordlampe vil hjælpe.
Fantastisk by. Herlige mennesker. Flott leilighet. Sentralt. Anbefales på det sterkeste.
