Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place. I specifically booked an all-female dorm, but they put me in a room with only men — no apology, no explanation. The rooms are tiny, cramped, and far from comfortable. The owner is completely unhelpful, shows no interest in assisting guests, and responds to any question with clear annoyance. After check-out, I asked to leave my luggage for a few hours — a very common request at hostels — and they refused. Even when I arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, they gave me hostile looks and didn’t even want to let me leave my bag for a short while. I’ve traveled a lot and have never felt so unwelcome. I strongly advise against staying here.

Search for getting there was like a treasure hunt. I had to get help from several natives. Even local couple was having trouble finding it.

The bathroom was slightly bigger than the train bathroom.

Location was next to the subway. Paid about 8euros a night I can't complain.

Mattress was unclean. Pillow was unclean. Duvet was unclean. Clearly not replaced from previous person. I couldn't care less about any of that. I'm happy I had a bed as this was my last resort and had to book on the day. Had one interaction with the woman checking me in. The location was good, near a metro station and walkable to the main city centre sights. The staff was welcoming. The hot water in the shower was instantly hot.

There was no heating, despite -4 C (first night) and -2°C temperatures the second night I was there. Heating had been turned off a week or so before, despite the very cold weather. Beds were provided with a narrow sleeping mat and duvet, but no sheets. Also, as it was so cold, the duvet wasn't warm enough. I was lucky, as one person left late, and no one replaced her on my first night, so I was able to use her duvet as well as my one. The second night, the dorm was full. I managed to find a cupboard with summer, lightweight duvets, so I used one of these. The three other occupants of my dorm slept in their clothes they were wearing for outside. There were no sheets. The duvets were just used again by the next person. The sleeping mats were washed however. There were notices telling guests to keep the place clean, but it wasn't very clean, especially in the bathroom. The dorm was quite small, but very cluttered. The lack of hygiene and cold meant that I changed hostel after 2 nights I spent here, despite having booked 4 nights.

The lady owner was luneticly aggressive even for no reason. She is not fit for running the hospitality business.
