Sea View Cottage, Southwold

The open plan downstairs and patio doors to garden, worked well for 5 adults and dog. Great location, close to both the beach and town.

The living room furniture was OK but not particularly comfortable. The Smart TV had lots of channels but we didn’t realise that you couldn’t watch live itv / C4 on a Smart TV.

Location Garden area Appreciated the staff organising entry at 3pm in the end but feel this should be standard, 5pm is way too late and weighted in favour of the business NOT the customer. Other companies have access at 3pm as standard so will go with them in the future.

The property is in great location but aspects of inside are tired and it was not as clean as I feel it should have been fir the cost (2days nearly £800 )I have photos the show the dust balls had been there awhile. You ask for guests to strip beds which I did but we all wished we hadn't as we then had to see all the stains on the mattresses.

house was in a great location and very clean was well decorated and loved the open plan layout downstairs very spacious and plenty of room for a large family great views of the sea from front bedrooms back bedroom is very large
