La localisation en bord de la plage de Grand Case est vraiment exceptionnelle, ainsi que dans la rue des restaurants. L'accueil est agréable et attentionné.

La propreté mérite un niveau supérieur (sol collant, sable en fin de journée dans les communs). Il serait agréable de disposer d'une petite enceinte bluetooth. Enfin une moustiquaire ne serait pas de trop, car il y a des moustiques, malgré la climatisation.

Nothing. The staff was rude and I was deceived when booking this room.

The pictures and description of the room I was booking online looked completely different than what it was. When I came in, I was shocked to see the room that I was given, as online it was completely different and told the hotel I do not wish to stay there and will go to another hotel. The staff was incredibly rude, and refused to refund me any amounts I paid for the 3 nights even though I left the hotel immediately after checking in. The only reason I got that room was because it said it has sea view, and the price reflected it, so I was completely deceived and my money, that I thought I was paying for a sea view room, was not refunded to me.

L'emplacement du Love boutique Hotel à Grand Case, quartier très animé de St Martin, et en bord de mer, avec des vues fantastiques sur le coucher du soleil. L'équipe en charge de l'hôtel est extrêmement sympathique et attentionnée, et les lits sont très confortables.
