Location was wicked! Rite in the city center ..

The beds arnt comfort.. the living area was freezing and he heater in the room didn't work...so we cudnt relax and get ready to go out properly.. the place wasn't that clean.. and the hot water didn't work in the morning .. very standard for the money

The location is near the train station and in the town center. Nearby the apartment, there is a big Sainsbury for you to buy groceries if you intend to cook in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious.

There is an eatery or pub nearby and it is kind of lively at night, which is bearable. You can also hear footsteps from the unit above you. A thorough cleaning is required as I have spotted crumbs of cookies/ bread in the oven by the previous occupant (I think..).

Location wise it was great

the state of the rooms wasn't good, signs of damage all over which had us worried incase we lost our security deposit, bedroom with en suite had a leaking toilet which clearly had been an ongoing issue as the carpet near the bathroom threshold was sodden, the whole apartment smelt fusty and smokey.

Lots of good things about this apartment. Excellent location, 5 minute walk from town centre, train station etc. Spacious. Generally well equipped. Comfortable. Feels secure. Plenty of good size towels and supply of toiletries. Tea, coffee, biscuits provided. Loads of convenient plug sockets, well lit. Wifi. TV in lounge. Good value. Bathroom - very compact. Had everything needed. Bedroom one - large double with en suite shower room which was a good size, nicely finished. Bedroom 2 - Large double. Comfy, non-squeaky bed. Over all, gave the feeling that a few finishing touches were needed and attention to some details but it did look like jobs were being done between bookings. With this and better furnishings in the bedrooms this apartment would be a real gem. The owner was pleasant to deal with, easy to contact and we would definitely stay again.

Lounge/Kitchen - all the basics apart from anything to clean with - no kitchen spray, tea towels or sweeping brush - handy for a stay when you're self catering. Ran out of hot water in the morning. Probably easily rectified if we'd had time and looked at the boiler instructions but would benefit from a combi-boiler so this doesn't happen. Bed in room 1 was very, very squeaky, enough to disturb sleep. No bedroom furniture in either room other than flimsy wardrobes that we didn't use. Would benefit from a chair, bedside tables and reading lamps.

I travelled from London for work pupose booked on the website and i was sent a lunk to make payment. I never receeived any check in instruction. On arrival, there was no reception and the email that requested payment from me did not respond to me . I was left in tye cold in the middle of the night . I felt so unsafe and had to tavel back home while sleeping on the train and at train stations . I believe this is a scam booking.

I booked the apartment after midnight. And every attempt to communicate with host was met pleasantly. Answered the phone each time i called and messaged. So was appreciated as we were getting to apartment after 1.30am. Not the easiest to find. But once located, it was ok. Clean corridors leading to apartment. Clean apartment. All the necesseties. Had an iron n ironing board which wasnt expected. But good to have.

Not the easiest to locate. Doesnt state how to locate the front door on booking.com. parking can be an issue. Although apartment itself is clean. The doors around the apartment could do with a wipe down.

Good location and well priced

No signage other than fire exit so Room was not easy to find. It's described as an apartment, yet there was no living area like in the photos so I was unable to setup a work station. One of the bathroom lights didn't work so it was not well lit in the shower.
