We had a wonderful stay at House Roza and would definitely come back. We (3 adults and our 2 yrs daughter) stayed at Roza House for one week and we loved it immediately. The owner welcomed us personally and explained all the facilities. They were very warm and welcoming. The House is modern, chic, cozy, very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. We had 1 1/2 rainy days, but since the living room with huge windows is so cozy it was not such a big deal to spend the days indoors. Our daughter loved the big garden, super clean swimming pool and the playground. Zimj is a small village, however it has definitely its charm and nice restaurants close by (walking distance). The location of the village is ideal to explore all directions of Istria.
