"Sylish and solid hotel offering"

Comfortable, stylish small hotel in the heart of Christchurch CBD. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were relatively spacious and if anything under-furnished, leaving plenty of room for suitcases. Windows don't open but the heating/AC is easily (and intuitively) controllable.

The breakfast buffet was feeble and the coffee completely undrinkable; suggest giving it a miss. The rooftop bar & terrace is closed. Parking is very affordable but a couple of blocks away and the loading zone out front frequently taken. The KFC next door (and resident homeless) are a bit offputting but never felt unsafe or intimidating.
