Lovely, close to food etc but don't like square pillows

Lovely stay as always. Always great to chat to the lovely lady on Reception. We leave early in the morning so do not experience breakfast. The hotel is in a great spot for our overnight stay en route to Valencia

We use this hotel en-route to Portugal from the UK. Very friendly reception staff, good breakfast and a decent burger bar and brewery beer place 30 secs walk away that is dog friendly plus a decent Italian restaurant next door (not sure about the dog friendly bit). We will stay again.

A really handy stopover on our way south. You know what you get with Ace Hotels...clean amd comfortable rooms, good beds and very friendly staff. Tje bteakfast is good value too.

We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. Two local restaurants 2 minutes walk away. we have used the burger/beer bar twice and it is excellent. Nearby McDonalds if you just want a snack.

Easy secured parking. Friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable so meeting my need as basically we just want a comfy sleep for a stopover stay. Some improvement can be made for in-room facilities like kettle, so at least we can get some hot water to drink in winter time without going all the way to the reception just for a cup of hot water.

Lovely reception lady gave us advice about the restaurants next door, friendly and very helpful. Clean, modern and spacious rooms for 3 people and 2 small dogs. Easy and plentiful parking, area felt safe and 2 decent restaurants right next door. Will definitely use again when travelling up and down through France

Our 2nd time visiting and using this hotel. I can not fault it. It is a standard type 3 star star hotel , clean room and nice and warm temperature. Slept well.

Always a good stay at Ace Hotels...clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful, particularly in Rouen, where Stephanie always welcomes us with a smile.

We stayed here for one night on our trip from Normandy back to Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It met all our needs we had for the night. Ample free parking also. There were food options nearby as well. It was a nice hotel. The rooms were spacious also as well as the bathroom. We recommend this hotel.
