Unhelpful staff. Identified banging in the night which was raised to staff that kept us up all night. They laughed when we told them and did nothing about it

This is an exceptionally good hotel right in the middle of historic Valletta. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, excellent service particularly from the front desk, super pools, sauna and rooftop bar. Breakfasts are generous. Thoroughly recommended.

The staffs were very friendly n professional n helpful

The rooms were cold n heater did not work. In addition, the hall ways were open n very slippery when rained. It might be nice during the summer time but not rainy or winter time.

It was very conveniently located to everything. One block down was a row of restaurants so very convenient for eating out. Great order off the menu breakfast included.

This hotel is close to everything in Vallarta, the food and breakfast was delicious, staff was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

prima plek. Midden in het centrum. Mooi gelegen zwembad en rooftopbar met een fantastisch uitzicht over de haven. Mooie kamer en prima ontbijt. Gastvrij personeel.

The breakfast was excellent and included. We loved the location and the roof top bar and booked the sauna a couple of times. The staff were all excellent, friendly and really helpful.
