1- There is a bus station just infront the apartment. 2- The apartment is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and church. 3- The host was always available whenever we sent him a message via booking.com

1- Cleaning service is not available throughout the entire stay nor the change of towel. If cleaning service is needed, you will be charged additional for that. Upon booking i paid 60 euros as cleaning services which turned to be for cleaning the room after our departure (no clarification for that was stated upon booking just the amount was referred to as cleaning service). Isn’t cleaning the apartment after a guest leave and before handing it to another guest is something to be done for granted and included within the rental cost of the room! 2- The safe was locked in the apartment. The host kept on promising of sending the technical team to check the matter, but in 5 days no one came.

AC in both rooms. Satisfies all basic needs

Only one roll of toilet paper. The bedroom is very small, it only has the bed. No sponge for the dishes.

The accommodation was very pleasant. The apartment is small but ideal for 2-3 people. Shops, the center, restaurants, sights, everything was quite close to the apartment.

Could use more cleaning supplies (especially something for sweeping)

1) Check out is very early (11:00). That's fine, but when the leaning lady come 30 minutes (10:30) before check-out. With the annoyed attitude on her face she expressed. This sets a red light signal with surprises. This is not ok and how the customer should be treated by kicking the customer earliest? 2) I did not like the attitude of the host as it was mentioned in the description that the apartments are surrounded by external factors. But when kitchen table is shaking in the middle of a MS Teams meeting and the boss asks what the problem is. Then it is difficult to continue the conversation. In an apartment that costs 60-70 euros a night, it's difficult to respond normally when you ignore the needs of the customers. Meetings have to be postponed and it's not possible to distantly work in this apartment. "Hard" road works (external factors) should be announced in advance after booking (and not ignored). If I had been warned these factors in advance I would have cancelled the booking. I asked the owner for a 50% refund for these "surprises" from external factors, but I was refused to do that. The excuse was the following: "We are responsible for the flat itself which is completely operational." As I understood, loud roadworks shouldn't be warned in advance, right? 3) There is no parking at this place as the owner asks you to park a car at the beginning of Kato Paphos marina. This is a public place so it means I have to walk 1 km after parking a car. That makes no sense, and the parking spaces are closed because of the roadworks. 4) ID is required after booking the apartment. I think these things should not be required as the apartment owner has a guarantee from the booking itself. This makes the reservation much more difficult. Please avoid these apartments and try to rent something more "customer oriented place", not imprisoned place with bunch of rules in the apartment list that makes no sense.
