+ Central position, very close to the sea and centre + Beautiful and perfectly equipped flat, all necessary equipment was provided + Bright rooms with AC + Balcony + Good communication with the staff

- The floor gets wet when showering, because the shower door is leaking water. The sink is pretty small and not so comfortable to use - The flat itself is really nice but the building and the stair case look abandoned and run-down - At the moment there is a construction site right in front of the house and for long stays could be annoying, especially when you want to sleep a bit longer (works begin around 7:30 am)

The location of the property is great, very close to the promenade, grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is well sized, with 2 bedrooms (both with large beds for 2) and a kitchen with the basics needed for a short stay. Lots of towels were provided.

There was a lot of construction happening while we were there ... right under the balcony so we would be woken up early by loud noises and could not use the balcony due to dust and noise. Of course, this is not the fault of the hosts, but it would have been nice if we were warned about this prior to our arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and no cleaning services or additional toiletry was provided, albeit there was enough toilet paper and soap for our stay, not sure how they regulate this for longer stays.

very neat and quite area everything in the apartment is perfectly working well the facilities the rooms excellent infact I wish to stay in the apartment as much as I can

The location, near the beach

Second floor, no elevator. Many stairs to climb with luggage. The shower door is not sealing the water, the floor was flooded with water No Internet for two days, no light at the building entrance.

Good location, comfortable beds and everything was clean and in good working order.

The external staircase is dark and dirty and parking is a challenge. There were no basic tea/coffee or bottles of water.
