Residence Inn by Marriott Bogota

Location is average but not far from mayor stuff. Matress and pelows were rough. Property is nice, breckfast is ok with options.

Shower with poor water pressure, couldn’t regulate hot and cold water. Rooms decoration is plain.

Beautiful property but there is currently ongoing construction somewhere in the building. The hammering and drilling was constant during the day, affecting my ability to nap or relax while in the room. Even moving from sixth to eighth floor made little difference. I felt that this fact should have been listed somewhere on Expedia. I love Marriott hotels, but this was the worst experience I have ever had in one. No discount or free nights offered as compensation either!

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are ok but in general is extremely noise, i was located on a room located at floor 6 (630), after a terrible first night found out that on the 7th floor there is a bowking salon, thing that for me doesnt make sense, anyway after a big push i was relocated to a new room qt the 5th floor, there i found out that the construction of the building wasnt done sound free or at least to have it reduced as much as possible

It was what expected.

It was ok. All of the staff seemed pretty indifferent about us. At check in they did not tell us anything about amenities or anything. Come to find out days later that they offer shuttle services and there’s a pool (with a cover charge) at the gym. The hotel Is located in a very busy building , there’s bowling, a club in the 21 floor and restaurants at ground level, def cool for a party vibe but the front of the hotel at night was very sketchy, and the front always crowded and busy , not relaxing, not for a family with children. Tons of people that work at the building smoke at the doors and loiter all day. Very loud at night, we were in the 9th floor and could hear the drunk people On the street at all hours of the night. The room was ok , clean staff was excellent, room service was good, breakfast buffet was good. Hotel bar was horrible. Wish they found a way to better the lobby/ entrance situation.

Great location, fairly new hotel, excellent and very friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of options......walking distance from Parque 93 and Zona T. Our room was also pretty big with a very good shower and big bathroom.

Staff were super great. Everything was very clean!

Nice, new modern building close to shopping, excellent restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff ready to help with anything you may need.
