Great location. Small but adequate

Great hotel and very good value. We had a room with private bath. Super clean and looked brand new. Very helpful and friendly check-in with lots of advice of things to do close by. An outstanding restaurant within walking distance. And the Northern Lights!!! Free of charge!!!! Many thanks for a great stay in a perfect location!!!!

We had the sea view. Beautiful location, clean, nice to have a shared kitcben. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay, close to hot springs, volcano crater, geysers. Make sure you bring a hat with net mesh to avoid flies. Flies don't bite, but very annoying. It's like a cloud around your head.

We enjoyed our night here in our cozy room. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed coffee in the room. The shower could have used a caddy and a different shower head to improve mobility there. It might have cut down on the water leaking out onto the rest of the floor too. All in all a great place to stay!

Room was very nice and clean! Would definitely go back!

Accommodations were great. We especially loved having a mini-fridge in the unit. The pizza place on site was a WONDERFUL addition which meant a great dinner at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again!

It is ok overall. A bit expensive. Need watch for mosquito in this area.

There is no shampoo, kind surprise. Since we stayed for 3 days, we have to ask for coffees supply.

They claim to be a guesthouse but they do not treat you like a guest. Owner/manager refused to lend us a couple of bowls/plates for breakfast. When questioned, she claimed that the room price was high because of the private bathroom but could not include anything for guests to make their breakfast. No breakfast was available at the property. Campers pay a lot less and receive a much better deal than those paying for a room. To make things worse, the curtains were not sufficient to keep the light out of the room, which made our 2-night stay a little uncomfortable.
