The company is super professional - all our enquieries were answered so nicely within few minutes. That was amazing. The flat is really comfortable and brilliantly located for off season in the center - almost on the promenade to the harbour. In the summer though it is probably extremely loud because restaurants and pubs are nearby. But in April it was super enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable. We had an issue with the bathrooms smell which I guess will be fixed in the future. The kitchen is furnished with the basics. Sofa in the living room is ok for a small kid and adult but not for 2 adults.

A coffee machine (french press for ex.) would be nice. a few more knives and forks.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, modern with plenty of sunlight Well equipped, excellent location, great view of the beach which is right in front of the apartment Quiet at night on the weekend since it is not right under bars and restaurants, so you can sleep peacefully The staff is very responsive and willing to help with any issue and accommodate

The apartment had an odor that was very obvious every time we came into the apartment, possibly the smell of mold. That needs to be taken care of ASAP There is need of turning on the water boiler and waiting for hot water in the winter, so you won't have hot water first thing in the morning or when you come into the apartment at the end of a long day..

Spacious apartment and terrace.

This is not a luxury stay due to several shortcomings. Situated on a busy and noisy main road and not beach front. This is not apparent on advertising photos on Booking.com web site. Uncomfortable terrace seating and inadequate for 6 people. Cushions on sofa and chairs thin and slipped when seated. Small tables have loose legs and a missing fixing. Damaged leg to coffee table in living room. Stained back cushion on sofa bed. No tumble dryer or cleaning products as per description. No wine glasses and inadequate crockery for 6 people. Black mould in both bathrooms and unpleasant odour in one. Although treated this returned intermittently. No pillow and mattress protectors on one bed and grubby on the other bed. No linen change or towel change during our 12 day stay. Having no response initially from Phaedrus Living (PL) we contacted Booking.com who were advised by PL that we would receive a complimentary change. Although we replied as requested by e-mail this did not get through and we tried to phone the numbers on the front door but to no avail. We took the spare bed linen and did our own change, hardly luxury! No appliance instructions in English, no instructions regarding waste disposal and no cleaning of apartment during 12 day stay. Having been away world wide staying in hotels, apartments, villas and cruise liners we have never experienced this before.

excellent location for us to explore the island. Great communication with the property company, easy to find and immaculately clean and spacious.

very small issues, as on main road sometimes a touch noisy, could have used welcome refreshments and a tea towel. we could also not get the air conditioning in the living room working. we assumed the bedding and towels would be refreshed during a 5 night stay but this had not happened.

Clean, comfortable, nice apartment with beautiful seeview. The balcony is big, the beds are comfy, and everything looks brand new. Very nice restaurants, bars are around. Only a few steps from a minimarket, and a car hire. Value for money.

A bit noisy. The nearest beach is not the best.

There was an amazing balcony and open sea view. We asked for some tea and coffee satchels and the host sent them over immediately. Very touched and impressed with the service
