The nice view and the location

During afternoon (14-16.00) I wanted to sleep but the cleaning stuff made so much noise so I couldn't relax and sleep.

"OK once we found it."

Breakfast excellent.

Sockets round earth pins. Not EU not UK, Indian. Hotel is not as named so do not rely on Google Maps. A nightmare to find. Took us over an hour.

Suite room was great Good breakfast Great reception (we made a mistake as we were supposed to be at other hotel of their chain but they let us stay when we came)

Hot tube water should be replaced more often

It is over priced for the facilities provided. Doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is also not great.

Position.

The receptionist was very rude, "short in words". Rooms are not connected to the reception an to the restaurant. In spite of a very havy rain the receptionist did not offer us an umbrella!!!!???
