Hampton Inn & Suites Greensboro Downtown, Nc

Nice and when I walked in to check in it smelled so good staff very friendly and check in was quick

The hotel was really good, clean, comfortable, and our room was spacious and well equipped. The bar area was good and the breakfast was good.

The reason I’ve scored so low is that the noise from the street from 10pm until 12 midnight was horrendous. There was a constant stream of cars, revving their engines and racing around and loud music playing, presumably from the cars. Once that had finished it was fine. It was a Saturday night, downtown and we had a corner suite on the fifth floor with big windows so maybe we were just unlucky but it wasn’t great and because of that I won’t choose to stay there again.

The room was OK except for the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean thoroughly, which is one of the places you want to be cleaned the best there was hair on the toilet there was hair in the shower area on the floor. The breakfast people were good as far as service. I also appreciated you all having options for breakfast meat because I’m allergic to pork. however, if you’re gonna have an option for the breakfast meat, but you put pork in the eggs (ham) then that’s not helpful, maybe I should’ve asked if I could’ve just got regular eggs instead of just the hard boiled eggs as an option, but overall the food options were good and like I said the staff in the food area was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk, especially the birthday girl was amazing. Housekeeping was good as well. They were very helpful. If we asked for items that we needed for the room. They were helpful.

Check in staff was very nice and helpful quickly and promptly with one phone call, AC didn't work on high , took us a while but we got it working a ok, was offered a different room... thanks ladies and guys
