La atención, la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento.

Creo que hay algunas cosas que mejorar como es la limpieza. No es que esté sucio pero pienso que podrían ser más rigurosos con ella (migas en la alfombra, moho en la mampara, escurridor sucio, ...) También hay ciertos detalles que deberían revisar como la manilla de una ventana que no funcionaba bien, la manguera de la ducha que pierde bastante agua y el cepillo para barrer que está muy viejo y sucio. Detalles propios del uso pero que se podrían tener en cuenta.
