had a bad mildew odor. the living room ceiling had a lousy repair job from a water leak in the past. Unapproved construction in the unit next door was noisy and then they turned the water off for 8 hours without warning and I had to go find the water valve in the crawlspace at 9 pm and turn it on. The shower water valve would not turn off and so we either had the shower running all day or had to turn off the water valve each time we needed water. The property management company acted surprised and did not offer any kind of refund. They tried to blame me for the issues and said I should have called them at 9 pm at night an they would have come and fixed it - well, I did call them and basically got a "good luck - you're on your own". Overall this place sucked. I am NOT making any of this up.
