Staff were extremely supportive of the young children in the family, very attentive and caring. Always had a smile and positive greeting. The breakfast was delicious and the cookies, candies, etc., as well.

Really can't think of anything, it was so very positive.

Loved everything about this villa! The staff and service were excellent. The location and view was perfect. The space, privacy and facilities on offer in the villa was exactly what we were looking for and it didn't disappoint in any way. Would stay here again!

Lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad de su personal y la ubicación! La habitación era grande para la media en Japón, y La cama era súper cómoda. disponían de varios tipos de té gratuitos 24 horas. Además el onsen privado estaba bastante bien.

"A wonderful hotel with the best staff"

The property was in a great location with comfortable, large rooms and everything we could need. The staff were incredibly kind. They made the stay our favourite of three weeks in Japan. They were so good to our children, they truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We cannot say enough great things about this hotel!
