Great location right next to lots of shopping and restaurants.The GM was very nice and helpful with an itinerary for local sights and always smiling but didn't address issues although she said she would . The breakfast lady was also very nice .The room itself was very good but the location right next to the outside door was awful.

The room wasn't made up once during our stay but the used towels were removed so everyday we had to go ask for towels . We weren't the only ones . We felt bad for the lady at reception. I was quoted a price at booking but an extra 15.00 + was added when we checked in - a parking lot maintenance fee. Our room was next to the door to the parking lot so it was very noisy all the time . Not the fault of the hotel but inconsiderate guests . The constant banging kept waking us up .

The breakfast was good , the shower had excellent water pressure, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was hair throughout the room, including under the sheets, in the shower, on the bathroom counter, and on the nightstands. The floor was also very sticky, which made the room feel unclean. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively, and the bed was not as comfortable as I had expected. I wish the room had been cleaned more thoroughly before my arrival!!!

Nice hotel overall

Room floor was nasty!!

The breakfast was good. The hotel/motel was on a par with others of its ilk. Room was fine. Standard Car park view. Showers fine, bed comfortable. Quiet, as it's back from the road a bit.

Very lively cockroach in the lobby. Spending a bit more on cockroach control can work wonders.

Drive thru for check in during rain, air conditioner leaking water in room, early morning wake up with fire alarm

Near a lot of stores

Toilet did not work & had to change rooms. Did not like the fee for parking. Seemed ridiculous. The blinking light on the wall by the bed for the smoke alarm bothered us the entire night & we got very little sleep. No drawer or table space. Had to change my own trash bag. I won’t stay at AVID again.

Friendly employees and clean room!!

Disability parking lines are no longer visible makes it harder for disabled people to park.
