Mountaintop Manor by Eden Crest

The cabin was clean upon arrival. Having the cabin be Alexa capable was useful when we needed ideas for what to do or where to eat.

Towards the end of stay we struggled with spiders in the upper bedrooms. We also discovered the dial on the dryer downstairs was broken so it was very hard to dry a lid of clothes accurately.

I didn’t like that on the listing the first picture is a working hot tube and we get there and the hot tube is out of order we mainly booked it for the hot tube and I asked to be compensated for the hot tube not working and they told me that I could be getting a potential compensation and never heard anything else from them majority of the doors doesn’t lock or shut in the house so you can’t lock your doors and the roof was leaking water to where we had to put a bucket down to catch the water from the rain all weekend

The hot tub did not work. The pool was closed and they only offered me a $75 gift certificate because the hot tub did not work so I had four small children and four teenage kids that were very disappointed.

Location, beautiful home. Very comfortable beds

Property was perfect for our needs with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub, pool table, and grill worked great for our group. Great location close to the island, Dollywood, and good places to eat. Only negatives were fridge wasn’t working, floors a little squeaky, and the kitchen was a little dark.
