La cama era confortable.

Que no haya nadie en recepción de 23 a 7 horas. Un hotel de 4 estrellas debe de tener un servicio mínimo nocturno.

"Hotel bem localizado mas sem SPA"

Atendimento e localização. Quero destacar a atenção e profissionalismo da atendente Srta. Candela no café-da-manhã, apesar do pouco tempo na função. Trabalhei 33 anos gerenciando hotel e sei avaliar atendimento.

Quando fiz a reserva esperava usar o SPA mas ao chegar ao hotel fui informado que o SPA não estava disponível. Isso deveria estar claro na reserva. Apesar de o hotel não possuir garagem existe um estacionamento público em distância próxima. Sugiro o hotel tentar um convênio para descontos.

Como resolveram a situação de o AC do quarto não estar a funcionar.

A piscina e spa não estarem a funcionar, visto ser um hotel de 4 estrelas, acho inadmissível.

"Si no hay spa, que lo digan"

La ubicación junto al casco histórico. La presión de la ducha

El hotel tiene 4 estrellas porque tiene spa. Pero el spa no estaba disponible y aunque nos dijeron que teníamos que haber recibido una alerta por ese motivo, no fue así y llegamos al hotel pensando en el spa. Tendrían que avisar de ello porque el hotel sin spa no tiene más de 2 estrellas. La habitación no demasiado limpia. El lavabo muy sucio, las paredes sucias, en fin... Y sin spa. La luz del baño es muyyy deficiente
