Clean and good location

Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful

It had a nice bar and restaurant and was in a very central location

Our bed was very uncomfortable and was very noisy, it creaked with the slightest movement, also the walls seemed to be paper thin, we could hear everything from the room next door and when they used the bathroom it was as if the water was going to come through the walls, it was so loud. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was quite rude, we know check in times are from 3pm, but in the vast majority of hotels we have stayed at, if you are a bit early, you can go to your room if it’s ready, we arrived at the hotel at 2.20, and were told that we couldn’t check in until 3, she didn’t even check if the room was ready or not!!! We then tried to have a drink at the bar whilst we waited, and there was nobody serving drinks, we waited 10 mins and no one came, so we ended up going to a bar across the street. They really didn’t seem to care about their customer service.

How big spacious the rooms were

No windows in my apartment which isn’t an issue as I booked that

The room was clean the vibe of the place was relaxed staff were very friendly and accommodating

The breakfast but that's a very personal thing for me.
