Het bed was te klein en de kamerheer te warm. We misten heel erg airconditioning . Zwarte verf houdt warmte nog langer vast.

First, the hotel charges an expensive fee for parking, which we believe should be included in the room rate, especially considering the overall level of service provided. Secondly, there was no air conditioning in the room. During our stay, the room became very uncomfortable, and the only solution offered by the staff was a simple fan, which was far from adequate. In addition, we requested extra towels for the bathroom. We were told that they would be brought to our room, but they never arrived. What was even more surprising was the staff's reaction when we asked for them, as if such a basic request was unusual.

Well lit, well planned room with a study table, a small couch and a comfy bed. Hosts speak English and were prompt, polite and helpful. At the ground floor there is room for entertainment as well as work. Overall good vibes. One can watch Netflix via Chromecast as well as apps. Train and Tram stations are right in front - just a 2 minute walk. Digital Check In/ Check Out is simple and smooth.

Washing and drying clothes might be a bit expensive - around 3 Euros for each. Muhlberg location itself may seem a bit isolated if one wants to be close to city centre. Prefer train over tram if you frequently visit city centre.
