Access from airport limousine had to park by Ballard and carry cases to hotel in very hot conditions.

The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We received several compliments from the staff at the beginning of our stay and on Valentine’s Day 💝, which was very nice. The breakfast was also good, and it was great that it was served until 10/11 in the morning. The reception and cleaning staff were very polite and kind.

The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. There was also no option to control the air conditioning ourselves, it was necessary to call reception to adjust the room temperature. Additionally, the window was not well sound-insulated, so some outside noise could be heard.

The patio breakfast room was gorgeous and the food and service excellent. There is a Thai massage parlor three doors away which I availed myself three times!
