Aventura Deluxe Suites Rooftop Pool

I don’t even want to explain myself. My family checked in and left 20 mins after. Everything was just horrible please don’t book here

The things I was looking for was free Wi-Fi free , breakfast , it had a very cool rooftop pool with beautiful view of the surrounding area and it’s like 5 min walk to the beach , The apartment itself was okay it has some maintenance issues it could use a little paint and a little replacement of things here and there but nothing that you’re gonna lose sleep over I love the balcony that we had and it’s close to many restaurants and little stores , I would rate this place as a three stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only real issue I had with this place was trying to find it initially we actually came across it the very first time but we had a very rude lady at the desk who told me that I wasn’t staying here and then I was in the wrong place instead of looking at my name on her computer she told me and my driver that we were in the wrong place so we went to another area where we thought it could’ve been?? and they told us the same thing as well , but I knew at the second place was wrong ? So we went back to the first spot that we had stopped the lady that was there earlier who told us we were in the wrong place was gone I gave my name to the person who is checking reservation and she found my reservation nearest to say that really pissed me off but let it go and have a great time this listing was listed as “ DELUXE SUITE ROOF TOP POOL “ but the truth of the matter is there’s no place called Deluxe Suite Roof Top Pool And we ran around for an hour looking for something that does not exist under t

Need to clean Better and give it maintenance to the rooms.....

Location is good surrounded by bars and short walk from the beach. The rooms have terrible finishes and feels like a very cheap motel. Smells bad too. No wonder the same hotel has several users with very little reviews.

The property is ok, now here is the but... the checking process was ridiculous, the ladies at the so called reception were rude, and took so long to check us in. The reception was just like the side of a closeth. OMG!! The rooms were old, rusty and out dated. Please, please dont even think of drinking the water because i promise you that is coming directly from the ocean, SALTY. all of the faucets were rusty.. i enjoyed all the restaurants and nightlife which it was on walking distance. Beach was just ok. I'm being as honest i can be on this review. Im a travel agent, and now that i experience this property, i wouldn't recommended to any one other than if you don’t mind the room, and water conditions.

Realistically speaking from an American point-of-view who hosts an Airbnb. This review is not coming from and angry customer either. I found it to be uncomfortable to do regular things like take a shower and brush my teeth (tip: buy bottled water because the water is NOT potable). The water is sea water and not properly filtered (I wish a review would have warned me about this). There was no soap, wash cloths, or hand towels available (tip: pack your own). Also, pack your own light blanket because this apartment only has sheets (also common among hotels we stayed at). All the faucets, sinks, kitchen hardware need replacing from the salt water damaged (again no filtered water). Location, is perfect for the beach, but no beach towels, so pack your own. I wish this apartment had a broom to sweep. The check in was a bit frustrating due to waiting outside of the small office while each customer has their turn ( Tip: pack some patience). Masseuse in the building does not respond very well and poor customer service. Check out is at noon, so I didn’t understand why staff is unlocking my door at 11:45am ( no knocking just opening the door). I understand it was close to check out, but my goodness Good : internet worked really well. A/c was on point and kept the room cool. The breakfast was also good (scrambled eggs were seasoned and cooked to my liking). All-in-all the trip was ok, because it can accept that not all things are going to go as expected.
