Vicencin place Downtown studio apartments

The location is perfect. Extremely comfortable beds, nice bathroom with strong shower, and there is a small kitchenette with a cooktop and fridge. It is newly renovated so everything is very modern and clean. It has been very nicely presented. Despite the central location it is not noisy from cafes.

I wasn't sure what to say about my stay here - the host who met me was helpful, the location is excellent etc but there was very little lighting - only two overhead lights worked and only one bedside light worked, at times. Apparently this is going to be fixed but I found it very gloomy, as there is no natural light at all. It is basically a cellar/basement - there is a high up 'window' and it cannot be opened, although it still lets in the orange flow of the street lighting. If you are going to be out all day it is fine but it isn't a place to spend time in if you like to have light. Also no bottle opener or corkscrew provided. Plus there a constant roar from the nearby air vent of a restaurant - not the fault of the accommodation. But I found that annoying.

A great apartment right in the heart of the old town, seconds from shops,bars and restaurants, yet despite its location it was still fairly quiet. A good sized rooms with a well equipped kitchenette and modern shower room. Large comfortable bed, plenty of spare plug sockets for charging phones etc. It didn't bother me (I prefer sleeping in the dark, however do not expect a room with a view as the apartment is in the lower floor of an old building and doesn't have any view at all.

Nothing, every thing was perfect for us.

The host was superb, giving us lots of information regarding the city and activities such as bus times to the national park. The apartment was very clean and central. We had a lovely stay!
