Cute little apartment and very quiet except for some traffic noise. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue I have is there should be more seating. A chair in the living room would be nice. Location is good, close to everything.

We loved staying at the Coco Sands Studios. It was perfect for the two of us. We were in town for the Ron Jon Triathlon. The studio was VERY clean and was well stocked with everything one might need. Communication with the owner was super easy and timely! If we are in that area again we would definitely want to stay here again!
