"Nice Florida vacation"

Couples trip-nice room a block off the beach in a semi-residential area. Room was clean with adequate parking. A little difficult to find due to location. No commercial stores or restaurants within a mile so a car is necessary. Very laid back vibe. Nearby beach great, no crowds.

Nice little studio with everything you can wich for. Kitchen, nice cozy bed, cute little bathroom and cozy living room with smart TV! Close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. I loved it

So cute!!!!!! We did not want to leave the comforts of it to go back home. It was so centrally located and a close walk to the beach. We will reserve this place again when we return to Cocoa Beach!

A kitchenette but not even a table to eat at🤔Shower drain clogged. Maintenance could not repair. Outdated furniture and studio overall. Needs renovations. Overall disappointing
