Pleasant helpful people, great location and easy walk even with Luggage.

No complaints was juts right for the purpose.

The Restaurant food was” superb”, I had Squid it’s was one of the best dishes I have eaten.

Nothing. All of the staff were excellent, room was great, it was a road room, slept like a log. I contacted them an d explained that my wife was in a wheelchair, as she had her right leg amputated, and I had booked a room which out of the choices, looked the best, I had a phone call saying they had a room on the ground floor which they thought was more appropriate. The only thing I would suggest that they have at least one room set up for people with disability ,in other word the bathroom, toilet with wall braces and also on the outer side so that they can have security getting on and off the toilet plus a shower chair not a difficult procedure, and not a great cost, and of course can be used by all clients. The chair is only supplied when asked about for a phically disabled person, which you can use in advertising.

The price for one night was quite expensive for a motel that was quite ordinary.

Close to the airport and shuttle bus was very handy.

Staff were delightful.

Maintenance work was being done on the room next to us at 8:30am, we were planning on sleeping in seeing as check out was 10am. But not the case

It’s sort of convenient. But not really.

The worst thing about this property and why I won’t stay there again is the ridiculous amount of emails they bombard you with and the amount of information they require- even when you’ve already stayed there before and they have all the information they keep asking for - again and again. Then when I arrived after hours one night they hadn’t sent me the access details and when I contacted the after hours person I found out they got my number of Booking.com anyway, which was somehow incorrect, and let’s just say they weren’t particularly nice! Also It’s sort of convenient but you either have to walk which even though it’s not a long way it’s not an easy walk and the shuttle is extra on top of what is a pretty expensive price for what you get.
