Lavandeira Douro Nature & Wellness

We liked our room a lot. Some improvements will definitely help for an even better stay, for instance, hangers in the area of the bathroom for the towels, a bin in the living room area, as there was only one bin in a 2-level room, one bin at the bathroom only. The food at the restaurant needs improvement; the meat wasn't good. The breakfast as well was a bit poor for my taste. Otherwise, the whole hotel in general has an amazing aesthetic and is very clean.

The waiters unfortunately didn't know English at all so it was very difficult to order and to understand each other. The food as i mentioned above.

Service was poor, room was not to a standard of a 4 star hotel. Pool could be cleaner.

Os quartos eram muito bonitos, confortáveis, tinham um ótimo tamanho e eram muito limpos. O Staff é impecável, o que fez toda a diferença. O restaurante Elmo é muito bom. As massagens são fantásticas. O spa é muito bonito. Toda a experiência é de facto relaxante.
