Appeared to be a hotel home for unhoused people. There was key access only to the room areas which made me think that there is a crime threat and the bed/frame seemed quite low quality

Great location near 205 allowing for quick access to Portland. Free parking, free basic wifi. Lots of storage space. Elevator was timely

Room phone did not work, bathroom door knob broken, bathroom was not clean, refrigerator was not level and would teeter totter after closing door. No hanger provided to hang jackets/clothing. No complimentary breakfast offered. Coffee/tea station out of order.

"It was a good choice for the price."

The room was clean.it had a mini stove top, microwave and a fridge. Very functual. Front desk staff were very nice. It is pet friendly.

No breakfast.

"The service and clientele were not worth the cost"

It was extremely noisy. We got checked out of the room, even though we were booked till Monday morning. We were also given a single bedroom and when they asked for double.

"Office was closed when I got there. I couldn't get a room even though I paid online."

My arrival time for the reservation at 9:30pm confirmed the time was fine and didn't mention anything about the office being closed. What hotel classes the office when people are coming off the road late to get a room. No response from the hotel to refund the room cost.
