"Will stay here whenever I am in Portland."

The room was perfect. Was in room 212. All of the windows facing the waterfront. It was a corner room. Loved it.

Better lighting in the sink area. Also a magnifying mirror.

The location was perfect! The rooms are nice & the lobby area as well. Staff was very helpful including the drivers for the shuttle. So accommodating!!! Would come back here in a minute & highly recommend!

The floors need to be mopped not just swept...there was something sticky on them & it never got cleaned up. Also, in the US; usually the sheet is what is closest to you & the duvet/comforter or coverlet is on TOP. Not the case here on how the beds were made.

"need to think if we will go back due to not cleaning the room at all"

since we got there until we left, they never came in to clean the room. I let the front desk know on Sunday and they should clean it today; without our suprise the room was never cleaned. It was very suprised for what we paid, never cleaned the room or ask if we needed anything. we need to think twice if we go back to the hotel.

Parking was a problem and with no comp or discount rate for staying at Aloft in the garage the front office recommended. It was stated they had an arrangement.
