Loved our stay their staff is amazing and Spa was beyond we loved it so much

Very nice and clean

The corridors give out a smell when vacuumed.

The following staff members were attentive and gave 5 star service: Gift on the evening shift at the Elements restaurant, Mercy and Thomas at The Brewery, Ms Agatha evening housekeeping, Mr Lawrence breakfast restaurant manager, the Ladies at the Spa thank you for a great service.

Marriott markets the Ciela as a signature hotel but has not invested in this location to make it comparable to their other signature hotels in different countries. Marriott can do better. You are doing a disservice to the local staff that work hard to provide a great experience. Marriott needs to invest in the facilities upkeep.

Location was ideal and the breakfast was superb

The staff could have been more engaging and not being prompted for answers.

The staff were outstanding! Special mention to Elementa restaurant staff Chada and our amazing waitress, Thelma. The food was amazing and topped it all off with a wonderful massage in the spa.
