الموقع ممتاز بالقرب من الاسواق وبالقرب من كورنيش الخبر شقة البنت هوس كانت ممتازة وكبيرة طابقين تصلح للعوائل والاثاث جيد جداً وجود غرفة اضافية للخادمة وجود بلكونه كبيرة بالشقة ممتازة للاجواء الربيعية تسجيل الدخول والخروج سريع وجود عدد من الكفيهات تحت الفندق

عدم تجهيز الشقة من بدري (تشغيل المكيفات والتاكد منها - وتنظيف الشقة) ضرورة تعطير الشقة بسبب عدم الاستخدام ارتفاع اسعار الشقة البنت هوس
