Great location and clean.

Two staff members were hostile when I requested to store two freezer blocks to keep my insulin cool when departing Manila. The hotel requested that I sign a waiver of responsibility. I refused and requested to speak with the General Manager on multiple occasions however I never received a call or request to explain my medical condition. I have traveled extensively within the Philippines and every hotel was obliging without question. Disgusting behaviour from staff and management ignored requests to explain my medical requirements.
