The check-in experience was a nightmare. We were a group of 8 people and had booked the hotel suite rooms almost one year in advance. We had mentioned at the time of the booking that we would ideally like to be on the same floor, however the four suites that we were given were all on different floors. When we asked this at the reception, they had no answers whatsoever and were looking at each other totally clueless. The keys to one of the rooms were not working, we had go down to the reception twice to get them activated. The breakfast for a business hotel was totally pedestrian, they had a yoghurt station but when asked for walnuts, they did not have them.

Make the staff a little more aware of what the customers need and what they are looking for. Not just look great and give boiler plate responses to all questions. Improve your breakfast, it is very basic
