Great location and hotel
The stay was wonderful, had a great experience. The room were flawlessly cleaned and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional.
I give the rooms 5 stars. The design is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. My one complaint is that it takes about 5 minutes for the hot water to arrive in the shower. I stayed 3 days and it was an issue no matter what time of day I showered. Maybe it was an 6th floor issue. Also the pool is cloudy and dingy (lots of kids and French fries). I was surprised at how dirty the chaise chairs around the pool looked. Beyond that the roof pool area has a super cool vibe.
Great stay, room was wonderful clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very helpful especially the 2 front desk ladies. Carmel was so helpful professional and made me feel welcomed, special, and valued. I will certainly recommend the Shay to my people and look forward to staying there in my future travels. Thanks again.
