Second time we have stayed here and it has been fabulous both times. The front desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. We take our dog and I love how pet friendly they are. Has drinks at the bar and they were delicious. This will be our place whenever we visit our daughter in Culver City.
I was going to arrive in LA early, so I was worried about early check-in, but the staff helped me check-in without any problems. The room was cozy and the lighting was good. It was just that the drain in the shower was draining too slowly. I would be very satisfied if you guys fix it so that the drainage is good.
Very friendly staff. A little pricey on the food/alcohol but good atmosphere overall. Loved the 3ft pool with water chairs. Great for relaxing
Staff is amazing! Everyone is kind and very welcoming, this is also true of those working in the restaurants in the hotel. The entire property is clean! Spotless! They take great care of everything there. Our room was excellent too. I highly recommend staying here, you'll love it!
