Nothing was there to be liked.

No staff no people. The property was left kind of abandoned. Had to go on terrace searching for staff and one person sottkng on terrace. So we decided not to stay there and booked another hotel.

As per price rooms are not so good specially bathroom. Require cleaning and better towels in bathroom

Location was good, staff very cooperative, the best thing food like home, everything fresh, love it

Very customer oriented services, especially Kamal, who always wants to provide what customers are looking for. We always got freshly prepared food as per our taste. We also got assistance to plan our daily travel with kids.

Beautifully located and friendly staff

No non-vegetarian food cooked in the hotel but they arranged for us from out.

The clean rooms, the view from the balcony, the courteous staff and the food.

The approach road was not well lit, not enough signages to locate the property. The current one has a black background which makes it difficult to spot at night. The property is not wheelchair accessible, too many steps.

View from Hotel is Amazing. Staff were trying to do anything to make our trip memorable but many things were not up to the mark.

1- Geyser is not working properly, even two or three people can't get enough hot water to take a bath. 2- few fittings in the washroom were not working properly. (Not fixed) 3- Rooms are not sound proof, you will listen to talks and other disturbing things all night while sleeping. 4- You will get Winds inside from the bottom of Doors as doors are not completely fixed. 5- if you order some food, they will deliver and within a few minutes even without your call or message they will ring the bell to collect utensils. 6- No Lifts are there, if you have a Child or old age person, you need to think twice. 7- Prices of Hotel are not compatible with the Property you will get. It's Expensive. 8- Food is ordinary but prices are utterly expensive. Paneer Momos 8 Pcs (400 + Taxes). Simple cup of tea 75 + taxes. 9- They have a very small space of restaurants. If three or four families come for breakfast together unfortunately, nobody will get anything to eat. Staff is friendly and supportive but they need to fix things before charging 10K for a day obviously.
