Magnifique hôtel aménagé avec plein de goût et avec une vue époustouflante sur la Lotte Tower. Excellent petit déjeuner!

Le Rooftop Bar à moitié vide nous oblige de nous mettre au bar pour boire du champagne. Pour une petite table, 200 $ de consommation minimale.

Sofitel Ambassador was clean, conveniently located and spacious.

We booked a room for 3 people, my daughter, my mother and myself. After we paid for our accommodation before we checked in we found out that we were given only 2 single beds. I asked reception if we could change the room to have at least a double bed and a single bed to accommodate the 3 of us comfortably but I was told that it would cost an extra $350 on top of what we already paid. We did not want to pay for this as we thought it was unreasonable. How can you expect 3 people to share 2 single beds????? Similar hotels like Lotte Hotel World that is just around the corner where we stayed earlier, was more comfortable. We booked for 3 ppl and we were given a double bed and a single bed. They even welcomed us with complimentary drinks, fruit and sweets when we received our room. Unfortunately, Sofitel charged us more than Lotte gave us nothing as complimentary and could not meet our request for a good night sleep unless we agreed to cough up extra $$$ for an extra bed. This is the second time that Sofitel has let us down. Last year we booked for a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids) at Sofitel in Manila, we were given 1 king bed and a single bed! How did you expect 5 people to sleep like that??? My son ended up sleeping on the lounge. My partner took the single bed and I shared the king bed with the 2 kids. It was uncomfortable! Now I understand that Sofitel has the tendency to not accommodate their guests with sufficient beds. Right from the beginning, we submitted information abt the correct number of guests, paid for the accommodation upfront then voila we were rudely surprised by insufficient bedding!

Great location, close to lotte world mall and the subway. Beautiful and clean with great view of Seoul tower next door. Clean hotel and beautiful rooms and great housekeeping and amazing staff. Enjoyed my stay here.

Should offer complimentary tea and coffee as most 5 star hotels do. Besides that loved everything about it.
